Today, I realized I have to make a choice
I can choose to let things get to me
I can choose to allow the sadness in my life to overtake me
Or I can choose to embrace the love and friendship that surround me
I choose to see the sun shine
I choose to hear the birds sing
I choose to love my friends
And to let them love me
I am Alive Free and Happy
